Nicholson Street FitzroyThe renovations at Fitzroy are nearing completion. The cleaners will be in next Monday and Tuesday and (hopefully) the furniture will move in next Thursday and Friday. The renovation of three terraces has been a large undertaking and it has taken longer than hoped, but the finished product will have been worth waiting for. The latest pictures can be viewed here.

Oceanic Lay Partnership Conference
In the middle week of the recent school holidays, Brisbane was inundated with Lay Marists from right across the Oceanic region. All four Administrative Units were represented – Melbourne, Sydney, New Zealand and the District of Melanesia as a total of 40 people came together. The Extended Bureau of the Laity was represented by Tony Clarke (Sydney) and Ana Sarrate (Spain). Also present were Br Tony Darbon (as Oceania Council Secretary) and Br Julian Casey (an observer on behalf of the Colege of Major Superiors).
