On Thursday 17th December 2009, Dom David Tomlins OCSO, Abbot of Tarrawarra Abbey, Fr Michael Casey OCSO, former Prior of Tarrawarrra, and five other Priests, concelebrated the Requim Mass for Br Ronald Fogarty in the Marcellin College Chapel, Bulleen. Br Julian Casey, Provincial of the Marist Brothers Melbourne Province delivered a well researched and moving Eulogy on 96 years of life dedicated to education and the renewal of the religious life after Vatican II. In his Homily, Dom David spoke of the debt owed by religious both active and contemplative across the world to Br Ronald.
